Su obra ha recorrido más de diez festivales alrededor del mundo, entre ellos, dos ediciones del Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia (FICM). Obtuvo el premio a Mejor Cortometraje de Ficción en el 5º FICM por su cortometraje Fénix (2007), que participó, además, en el 25º Festival Internacional de Cortometraje de Teherán (TISFF por sus siglas en inglés), Irán; en el 20º Encuentro Cinelatino de Toulouse, Francia; y en el 4º Festival Internacional de Cine Contemporáneo de la Ciudad de México (FICCO). Participó en el 6º FICM, en la sección “Diez años de Mantarraya”, con esta misma película y con su cortometraje Por orden de aparición (2007), presentada, también, en el 12º Festival de Cine de Lima, Perú; en el 14º Festival de Cine Latino de San Diego (SDLFF por sus siglas en inglés); y en la 12ª Bienal de Fotografía, Ciudad de México, entre otros. Además de su trabajo como directora, ha trabajado como directora de fotografía y cámara en diversos proyectos, entre ellos, los largometrajes de José Álvarez: Flores en el desierto (2009), por el que obtuvo el premio a Mejor Cinematografía en el 22º Festival Présence Autochtone, Montreal, Canadá, y que ganó una Mención Especial en el 7º FICM, y Canícula (2011), seleccionado en el 9º FICM y por el que obtuvo otro premio a Mejor Cinematografía, en el 15º RiverRun International Film Festival,Winston-Salem, California del Norte.
