As an albino, he is the taunted and lives in terrible fear: witch doctors and locals believe that the bodies of albinos bestow magical power, which leads to the mutilation or even murder of many. After he witnesses his father’s murder, his mother sends him away to find refuge in his uncle’s care, in the city. Once there though, Alias finds himself prey to new dangers. Ziuta travesías Ziuta, a Polish Jewish survivor of World War II, was an extraordinary woman who sparked special devotion for her political commitment and her support for clandestine struggle. As a teenager, Ziuta weathered exile with fortitude and determination, saving her mother and other relatives from perishing in their flight.
