Image Pulido; Andrés Dirección Estudió Ciencias de la Comunicación en el Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), en la Ciudad de México; además, una maestría en Cine Documental en el Centro Universitario de Estudios Cinematográficos (CUEC-UNAM) y el Posgrado en Artes y Diseño de la UNAM. En 2011 su cortometraje, Poniente Oriente, fue ganador del premio a Mejor Cortometraje en el Festival de Cine y Video Documental Zanate; la Mención Honorífica en el Encuentro Hispanoamericano de Cine y Video Independiente “Contra el silencio, todas las voces”, y en 2012 fue parte de la Selección Oficial del Festival international du film d'environnement (FIFE) y del 7º Festival Internacional de Cine Documental de la Ciudad de México (DOCSDF). Desde 2012 trabaja con archivos fílmicos y desarrolla el proyecto titulado “Solarística”, un documental sobre la vida de una persona que padece esclerosis múltiple; a partir de entonces ha presentado trabajos enfocados al remontaje y reutilización de archivos cinematográficos como Cementerio claro (2013) y Carta para dormir (2013). En la actualidad es profesor en la Facultad de Artes y Diseño en la UNAM, en el ITESM campus Ciudad de México y en el Centro de Estudios en Ciencias de la Comunicación. Su cortometraje documental, Tlalocan, paraíso del agua (2016) es parte de la Selección Oficial del 14º FICM. Other Movies Mexico will no longer exist!
