Actress, drama professor, producer, screenwriter and film director, she has won several awards during her career, including the Best Actress award at the 15th Crystal Screen Festival in Mexico City for her work in the short film by Roberto Fiesco, Estatuas (2013), and at the Los Angeles Cinema Festival of Hollywood (LACFH) 2013 for her work in Salvation (2013) by Brett Donowho and Bernie Van De Yacht. She won the 13th National Competition for Short Film Projects launched by the Mexican Film Institute (IMCINE) to make her short fiction film, Ramona (2014), which won the Best Fiction Short Film Award at the 12th Morelia International Film Festival (FICM) and the Palmita de Oro for Best Mexican Short Film at the 18th French Film Tour in Mexico.
