She participated with her short fiction film Inframundo (2013) in the 11th Morelia International Film Festival (FICM); the 28th Guadalajara International Film Festival (FICG, in Spanish); the 39th Iberoamerican Film Festival of Huelva, Spain; and the 35th International Festival of New Latin American Film in Havana, Cuba. The film won the award for Best Screenplay at the 8th Short Shorts Film Festival México (SSFFM) and two nominations for Best Short Film: at the 43rd Silver Goddess Awards Ceremony and at the 56th Ariel Awards Ceremony, Mexico.
