On the morning of Good Friday in 2020, Isabel and Jesús, inhabitants of a Colombian village, are hoping for a miracle for their young daughter, who is ill. The worried parents try to get help from the members of their community for the expensive treatment. Isabel focuses on the Catholic Church and her religious work compiling Biblical “characters” for the annual Stations of the Cross event. In turn, Jesús hopes to acquire money from local politicians.
