A documentary about the film directed by Buñuel in 1950 and inscribed in the UNESCO’s Memory of the World Register. Analysing the importance of Goya in the film’s conception, the camera returns to the places where the film was shot, while talking to researchers and filmmakers who were influenced by this film. The Young and the Damned goes beyond Italian neorealism to give voice to the dispossessed and denounce the injustice they experience.
