Atziri lives a solitary life, haunted by the memory of her son Jacinto, who disappeared ten years ago. Her home is filled with reminders of him. After a volcanic explosion, an empty coffin and a boy, the same age as Jacinto when he vanished, appear at her door. The boy's presence compels Atziri to confront her unresolved trauma. Her quest reveals a liberating truth, bringing her sought after peace.
