Con Una canción sobre lo que sea, fue uno de los cinco finalistas en el Concurso Nacional de Guion del GIFF, participó en Berlinale Talents Guadalajara, en el 13 Encuentro de Coproducción del FICG, y en la Residencia Iberoamericana de guion “Algo en Común” realizada en Cali, Colombia, y recibió el apoyo para desarrollo de proyectos de largometraje que otorga IMCINE. Con Kauyumari participó en Labguion 2020, organizado por Cinefilia con apoyo de IBERMEDIA. Padre Pablo, su primer largometraje, recibió el apoyo para producciones del gobierno de Guanajuato y estrenó en el Vancouver International Film Festival en 2021. Sus cortometrajes han participado en festivales como el Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia, Shorts México, el Festival Internacional de Cine en Guanajuato, el Festival de Cine Independiente de la Ciudad de México, entre otros festivales nacionales e internacionales.
