Su cortometraje Dobro (2016), Selección Oficial del 14º FICM, ha participado en festivales como el New York Internacional Film Festival, en Estados Unidos; la Muestra de Cortometrajes de la Cinéfondation en el Festival de Cannes 2016, el Films Femmes Méditerranée, en Marsella; el Sarajevo International Film Festival, entre otros, y ganador de reconocimientos como la Mención Especial en el Festival Internazionale Del Cinema Povero, en Italia; el Premio a Mejor Cortometraje Mexicano y la Mención Especial de la Asociación de Mujeres en el Cine y la Televisión en el Guanajuato International Film Festival (GIFF), etcétera. A frenetic view runs over a convulsed Mexico City, a colossal metropolis sustained by the myth of "mestizaje" and other colonial forms of violence. Past and present weave a flurry of images; fragmented memories of this land. Ancient deities are incarnated, while dreams overlap among intimacy, complicity and the tumult. With a Super-8 camera that once belonged to his father and has remained untouched for 41 years, he plans to retrace the path of the shepherd: the journey of transhumance that his grandfather undertook in his youth, following now-forgotten coordinates.
