En el 2009 se graduó del CCC con el cortometraje Stella Maris, el cual participó en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia en el 2010. En 2008 participó en el Talent Campus La Berlinale. Su primer cortometraje, El deseo, estuvo en la Selección Oficial del Festival de Cannes, ganó el premio Abrazo en el Festival de Biarritz y participó en el FICM en el 2008. Su Ópera Prima Días Borrosos se estrenó en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia 2022 como parte de su selección oficial. Participó en el Festival Black Canvas 2023, el Festival Internacional de Cine de Dhaka 2024, el Festival Internacional de Cine de Mérida y Yucatán 2024, el Festival Agora 2024 y obtuvo los premios a Mejor Largometraje, Mejor Guión, Mejor Actriz y Mejor Actor en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Tequila 2024. Su sensibilidad se centra en la complejidad de las relaciones humanas y las temáticas universales propias del ser humano desde una perspectiva feminista.
