Image Linares; Ángel Dirección, Edición, Guión, Producción Estudia actualmente la licenciatura en Realización Cinematográfica en el Centro Universitario de Estudios Cinematográficos (CUEC-UNAM), Ciudad de México. Su obra ha recorrido más de diez muestras y festivales alrededor del mundo. Participó, con su cortometraje documental Acciones de mecanismos belgas (2011), en la Muestra de Escuelas de Cine en el marco del 6º Festival de Cine Latinoamericano de Sao Paulo, Brasil, y en el 8º Festival de Cine Universitario Kinoki, Ciudad de México. Su cortometraje documental Las montañas invisibles (2012) obtuvo el premio a Mejor Cortometraje Documental de la Sección Michoacana en el 11º Festival Internacional de la Ciudad de México (FICM), y dos menciones honoríficas: en el Premio José Rovirosa 2012 de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) y en el 8º Festival Internacional de Cine Documental de la Ciudad de México DocsDF. Esta última obra se exhibió además, entre otros festivales, en la 53ª Semana de la Crítica del Festival de Cannes, y estuvo nominado al Ariel a Mejor Cortometraje Documental en la 55ª entrega de los premios Ariel, México. Past and present weave a flurry of images; fragmented memories of this land. Ancient deities are incarnated, while dreams overlap among intimacy, complicity and the tumult.
