Image Saturno; José Luis Independent Mexican filmmaker. He studied a degree in Fine Arts with a specialization in Animation Cinema at Concordia University, Montreal. His young career oscillates between animation, live action technique and his life between Canada and Mexico. He made his debut writing and directing Llueve metano (2007), participated in the 9th Morelia International Film Festival (FICM) with his animated short film El mimo y la mariposa negra (2011) and in 2015, La sagrada solución premiered at the 18th Guanajuato International Film Festival. His projects have participated in more than 60 international festivals in at least 20 countries. He is currently working on the development of his next animated short film.
