Image Romero; Gerardo Direction, Edition, Script, Production Director originally from Jalisco, Mexico, who has stood out for his skills in film direction and audiovisual production. He studied at Universidad de Medios Audiovisuales (CAAV) in Guadalajara, Jalisco. At the CAAV, he met Carlos Hinojosa, another film enthusiast, and together they built a strong friendship and a creative collaboration. Together with a couple of friends, they decided to found a production company called Zombie Films with the aim of carrying out their own film projects. One of his most outstanding achievements is the short film titled Oclayo, which won first place in the 2021 edition of the Ten Scary Seconds Horror Short Film Competition. Gerardo Romero and Carlos Hinojosa embarked on a new film project entitled Los Ojos de Doña Lucy, which became an important part of their academic thesis.
