He participated in the 2nd Morelia International Film Festival (FICM) with his short fiction film Ya no estamos juntos (2004). His short fiction film No pasó nada (2006) won the Best Actress Award for María Lara of the Guild of Italian American Actors (GIAA) Festival of Short Films and Videos 2008, New York.
