From an early age, he developed an interest in film, which led him to study at the Visual Arts College at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León [UANL, by its initialism in Spanish, Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo Léon].During his time at university, he started working on writing and directing projects. In 2018, his short film Restaurant—written and directed by him—received first place in the special category of the UANL Short Film Contest and was later selected to participate in the Monterrey International Film Festival.Additionally, he wrote and directed Perdidos en la noche [Lost at Night] (2019), a short film selected by the Monterrey International Film Festival.
