Egresada de la carrera en Artes Audiovisuales de la Universidad de Guadalajara en 2008, ha trabajado como directora de fotografía en proyectos como MariPepa (2011), cortometraje de Samuel Kishi ganador del premio de la Academia de Artes Cinematográficas de México y La hora de la siesta (2014), largometraje documental de Carolina Platt que recibió el apoyo del Instituto de Cine de Tribeca. Ha trabajado como directora y fotógrafa realizando contenidos para Red Bull TV y The RedBulletin. Actualmente dirige Phonocular, un estudio dedicado a la producción de contenidos documentales. Recibió para la realización de su ópera prima documental Lejos del Sentido (2018) el fondo PROYECTA de la Secretaría de Cultura del Estado de Jalisco y la beca latinoamericana del Instituto de Cine de Tribeca; y fue seleccionada para participar en foros como Docunexión MX-UK / DocsMX, Latin Pitch / Docs Barcelona y Good Pitch Miami.
