She won 4th Place in the United for Water Competition 2011, organized by Channel 13 of Morelia, for her short film Ni una gota más (2011). She received a Special Mention in the Michoacán Short Film Screenwriting Contest at the 10th FICM for her screenplay Tiritas de papel (2012). She won the I.
