Avoiding relationships like the plague, Greg spends most of his time making wacky versions of movies with his only friend, Earl. One day, his mother forces him to befriend Rachel, a classmate diagnosed with leukemia. Against all expectations, Greg concedes – and, what’s more, is shocked to find that he actually likes her.
