A family of five lives in an old village house. As the parents slowly age, the children are growing up, and it is clear that they will soon go their own way. The unchanging rhythm of everyday life is disrupted by some unexpected news: the mother is pregnant. The idea of a new sibling gradually affects all members of the household.

This is an erratic film that invites us to reimagine the complex relationship we have with the constructed “mexicanidad.”
