A faithful adaptation of the novel by Charles Dickens. In XIX Century England, the young and humble Pip moves forward in life, despite being an orphan, thanks to his hard work and the help of an unknown benefactor. Gradually, he climbs the rigid social ladder of the times, but the conflict between what he is and what he wants to be, and his love for a woman who despises him, stand in his way.
