2023 | B/N | 130:00 After a very strong earthquake, Seoul has been reduced to rubble. Everything in the city has collapsed, except one building. The Hwang Gung Apartments still stand. When the survivors outside hear about this, they begin to gather there. This causes the original residents of the building to begin to feel threatened and decide to unite for their survival. They elect 'Young-tak' as the residents' delegate. Under his leadership, the entry of outsiders is strictly prohibited and a new Regulation for residents is drawn up. But, amid the continuous threats to the residents' survival, unexpected conflicts begin to arise between them. Past and present weave a flurry of images; fragmented memories of this land. Ancient deities are incarnated, while dreams overlap among intimacy, complicity and the tumult.
