In the Nahuatl Sierra of Mexico, a family has lost a father. The absence deeply touches the lives of his children: Jorge will soon get his law degree and will have to choose his path. Chayo, at sixteen, is forced to make an important decision. After such a crucial year for the family, each family member has to redefine goals, while the family continues to venerate the father's memory.

Drawing from these notes against oblivion, we will embark on a journey through the lives of three generations in a Cuban family.
