Su interés por la imagen en movimiento radica en explorar géneros híbridos: experimental, documental, etnoficción y autorreferencial. Cursó la maestría Interzona por la EICTV durante 2020-2022. Tiene estudios en el CASA (Centro de las Artes de San Agustín) con artistas del Sistema Nacional de Creadores del Arte. Estudios CAI (Campamento Audiovisual Itinerante). Cursó Cine Too Lab (Laboratorio de realización de Cine), CEACO (Clínicas para la especialización de arte contemporáneo de Oaxaca), entre otros. Su interés artístico se enfoca en explorar el territorio de la Mixteca Oaxaqueña: diversos elementos naturales que conforman la zona semiárida, así como historias de vida que lo aproximan a lo “humano”.
