Yaride Rizk nació el 5 de octubre de 1984 en la Ciudad de México. Es cineasta, creadora escénica y artista marcial. En el 2001 se mudó a Florencia, Italia, donde comenzó sus estudios universitarios en Filosofía y Letras. Dos años después se dio cuenta que las aulas universitarias no eran para ella. En el 2007 regresó a la Ciudad de México donde comenzó a actuar para algunos cortometrajes, mediometrajes y series de televisión. En el 2015 decidió ser creadora de sus propias ideas tanto cinematográficas como escénicas. En el 2012 comenzó sus estudios en el arte marcial del Kung Fu y Tai Chi. En 2018 realizó una estancia de tres meses en China para profundizar en esta práctica y filosofía que nutre constantemente su quehacer como creadora.
