Image Matienzo Serment; Carlos Dirección, Guión Carlos Matienzo Serment comenzó su trayectoria en 2008 haciendo foto fija, como operador de cámara y editor para un programa de Canal Once. Su pasión por el cine lo llevó a diversificar esta experiencia. En 2013 fundó Strobefilms e inició su carrera como director, productor y guionista en videoclips, y cortometrajes. Su cortometraje En tu gracia (2016) ganó seis nominaciones y dos premios en el festival 48 Hour Film Project de la Ciudad de México. En 2017 ganó con la carpeta Escondidas el 17° Concurso Nacional de Proyectos de Cortometraje/ Por Regiones, Región Noreste, de IMCINE. Su cortometraje Hanka (2018) ganó el tercer Lugar Ficción en el Festival ECOFILM y el primero como Mejor cortometraje Potosino en el Festival Internacional de Cine De San Luis Potosí. En 2019 Carlos es jurado del 19° Concurso Nacional de Proyectos de Cortometraje Por Regiones de IMCINE. Su cortometraje Escondidas (2019) recorrió el país en el 23° Tour de Cine Francés y fue considerado en la Selección Oficial de Ficción del Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia 2019. Su cortometraje El 450 (2019) formó parte de la Selección Oficial de Ficción del Festival ECOFILM 2019. Actualmente reside en CMDX, continua filmando cortometrajes y trabaja en el desarrollo de su primer largometraje.
