Image Imaz; Rodrigo Dirección Estudió la licenciatura en Artes Visuales en la Escuela Nacional de Artes Plásticas (ENAP), en la UNAM, México y la Maestría en Práctica Artística en la Universitat Politècnica de València, España, también cuenta con estudios de cine en el Centro Universitario de Estudios Cinematográficos, (CUEC), en la UNAM, México. En 2008 fue beneficiario del Programa para Estudios en el Extranjero (FONCA) y en 2010 y 2013 del Programa de Residencias Artísticas (FONCA). De 2010 a 2014 hizo residencias artísticas en el International Studio and Curatorial Program, en el Art Omi, y en el Residency Unlimited y en el Flux Factory, en Nueva York. En 2015 expuso en la President´s Gallery de John Jay College en Nueva York la muestra OMEN, también ha realizado 11 exposiciones individuales y participado en exposiciones colectivas en espacios como el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Monterrey (MARCO), el Museo de San Carlos y el Museo de Arte Carrillo Gil, en México, y en la 56 Bienal de Venecia, en Italia. Su primer cortometraje, Juan Perros, es parte de la Selección Oficial del 14º FICM. Other Movies Mexico will no longer exist! Past and present weave a flurry of images; fragmented memories of this land. Ancient deities are incarnated, while dreams overlap among intimacy, complicity and the tumult.
