Su cortometraje animado Un planeta para todos (2008) obtuvo una Mención Honorífica en el 1er Festival Animasivo. Su largometraje documental Pamparios (2010) obtuvo el primer lugar en el 6º Festival de Cine y Video Indígena de México y en el Festival Internacional Visión Frontera 2010 en Baja California, México. Su cortometraje documental Rey Nayar por el padre Pascual (2014) participó en el 9º Festival Internacional de Cine Documental de la Ciudad de México (DocsDF). Su segundo largometraje documental Tiyarus (2015) fue parte de la Selección Oficial del 13° Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia (FICM).
