Desde 1993 ha trabajado en diferentes producciones como guionista, asistente de dirección, editor, diseñador sonoro, productor, músico y actor. En 2006, dirigió, produjo y editó Los Pasos del Cantador, documental que clausuró las Jornadas Nacionales de Antropología Visual e inauguró el primer festival DocsDF. En 2007, su cortometraje Es muy fácil, Selección Oficial del 5º FICM, obtuvo los premios por Mejor Fotografía, Mejor Dirección y Mejor Cortometraje en el festival KINOKI, premio a Mejor Dirección en el Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes de México, una Mención Especial del jurado en el Guanajuato International Film Festival (GIFF) y en 2008, el Premio del público en el In The Palace International Short Film Festival, en Balchik, Bulgaria. En 2009, su largometraje Venado, estrenó en el 24 Festival Internacional de Cine en Guadalajara, obtuvo una mención especial en el Festival Contra el Silencio, Todas las Voces y el Premio del público en la Cumbre de Cine Ambiental Cancún/Tulum 2010. Desde 2010, inició su carrera como profesor y asesor de montaje en el CCC; además, ha impartido talleres, clases especiales y conferencias en escuelas como la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), la Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA), la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) y el programa Ambulante Más Allá, entre otras. En la actualidad, está por terminar su cortometraje La montaña y el guerrero, y trabaja en numerosos proyectos de largometraje. Other Movies Mexico will no longer exist! Past and present weave a flurry of images; fragmented memories of this land. Ancient deities are incarnated, while dreams overlap among intimacy, complicity and the tumult.
