Trabajó como editor del largometraje de ficción de Julio Hernández Cordón Las marimbas del infierno (2010), ganador del premio a Mejor Largometraje Mexicano en el 8° FICM; del premio a Mejor Película en el 13º Buenos Aires Festival Internacional de Cine Independiente (BAFICI), Argentina; y del Premio del Jurado y del Público en el 17° Festival Internacional de Cine de Valdivia (FIC Valdivia / FICV), entre otros. Realizó el diseño sonoro de la ópera prima de Sergio Ramírez Distancia (2011), ganadora del Primer Premio Coral Ópera Prima en el 33º Festival Internacional del Nuevo Cine Latinoamericano, La Habana, Cuba. Trabajó, otra vez como editor, en el cortometraje documental de Yaasib Vázquez Colmenares, Yubán (Tierra viva) (2011), ganador del premio a Mejor Cortometraje en el 1er Festival Internacional de Cine de Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, y del premio Ariel a Mejor Cortometraje Documental en la 54ª entrega de los Premios Ariel, México. Su cortometraje de ficción El sonámbulo (2014) formó parte de la Selección Oficial del 12º FICM. Esta película participó, además, en el 23º Festival de Biarritz de Cine y Culturas de América Latina, Francia, y en el 17º Festival Internacional de Cine de Guanajuato (GIFF por sus siglas en inglés); y obtuvo el Troféu ABD-SP en el 25º Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes de São Paulo Kinoforum, Brasil, y el premio a Mejor Guión en el 9º Short Shorts Film Festival México (SSFFM). Past and present weave a flurry of images; fragmented memories of this land. Ancient deities are incarnated, while dreams overlap among intimacy, complicity and the tumult.
