Estudió la licenciatura en Diseño de la Comunicación Gráfica en la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM), Ciudad de México. Participó en el 7º Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia (FICM) con su cortometraje de animación De un jalón hasta el panteón (2009). Esta película obtuvo el premio al Mejor Cortometraje de Animación en el 5º Festival Internacional de Cortometraje “El cine a las calles”, México, y formó parte, además, de la Selección Oficial de la 5ª Bienal Nacional de Diseño, México; del 6º Festival Internacional de Cine Universitario KINOKI, Ciudad de México; del 31º Festival Internacional del Nuevo Cine Latinoamericano, La Habana, Cuba; del 4º Riviera Maya Underground Film Festival (RMUFF), Quintana Roo, México; del 5º Festival Internacional de Cine de Animación de Córdoba, ANIMA, Argentina; y del 1er Festival Internacional de Cine de la Ciudad de Chihuahua (FICCCH), México, entre otros.
