Especializado en el cine de animación, ha trabajado en la posproducción y en los efectos visuales de diversas súper producciones cinematográficas, entre ellas, Hellboy II: El ejército dorado (2008) de Guillermo del Toro, Avatar (2009) de James Cameron y Las aventuras de Tintín (2011) de Steven Spielberg. Participó, entre otros festivales, en el 4° Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia (FICM) con su cortometraje de animación Berlitad (2006), por el que obtuvo el premio Ariel a Mejor Cortometraje de Animación en la 49ª entrega de los premios Ariel, México. Obtuvo el Premio Rigoberto Mora en el 29° Festival Internacional de Cine en Guadalajara (FICG) por su cortometraje de animación El modelo de Pickman (2014), que ha participado, hasta ahora, en el 7° Foro de Animación Contemporánea Animasivo, Ciudad de México; en el 17° Festival Internacional de Cine de Guanajuato (GIFF por sus siglas en inglés); y en el 38° Festival Internacional de Cine de Animación de Annecy, Francia, entre otros. Actualmente, se encuentra trabajando en la preproducción de su ópera prima, Skywatcher, en su estudio Dei Ar Guachin Os.
