Participó en el 3er Concurso Nacional de Video Experimental de Baja California con su cortometraje de animación Jaque mate (2005), ganador del 1er Lugar en la categoría de animación en el 1er Festival de Cine de Aguascalientes, México. Su cortometraje El gorrito de Morfeo (2006) formó parte de la Selección Oficial del 10° Festival Internacional de Cine de Guanajuato (GIFF por sus siglas en inglés) y del 2° Short Shorts Film Festival México (SSFFM), entre otros. Ha estado presente en dos ediciones del Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia (FICM) en la sección de Cortometrajes para Niños. En el 6° FICM presentó Árbol (2008), que también formó parte de la Selección Oficial del 3er SSFFM y del 1er Foro de Animación Contemporánea Animasivo, Ciudad de México. En el 7° FICM se proyectó su cortometraje de animación ¿Dónde se encuentran sus historias? (2009). Participó en el 6° SSFFM con su cortometraje de animación Pupa (2010).
