Comenzó su carrera realizando comerciales, testimoniales y videoclips, y fue parte del staff de dirección en El laberinto del fauno (2006), de Guillermo del Toro, estrenada en el marco del 4° Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia (FICM). Es fundador de la compañía productora de cine, publicidad y concientización ORGN, México. Obtuvo el Premio al Mejor Cortometraje en el 2º Festival Internacional de Cine de Antigua y Barbuda (IFFAB por sus siglas en inglés), por su cortometraje de ficción Piano mudo (2011), que participó, también, en el 10° FICM y en el 7º Byron Bay Film Festival (BBFF), Australia. Ganó el premio a Mejor Cortometraje, otorgado por la Academia Jalisciense de Cinematografía, en el marco del 29º Festival Internacional de Cine en Guadalajara (FICG), por su cortometraje de ficción Marea (2014), que formó parte de la Selección Oficial del 4º Festival Arte Careyes Film & Art, México, y que se presentó en la Galería ACME Brooklyn, Nueva York, en mayo del 2014.
