Obtuvo una Mención Especial en el 7° Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia (FICM) por su cortometraje de ficción El secreto de Martín Cordiani (2009) y más de diez galardones por su película Cosas feas (2010), entre ellos el premio a Mejores Efectos Especiales en el 2° Buffalo Screams Horror Film Festival y en el 5° A Night of Horror International Film Festival, Sidney.
