Realizó una maestría en Foto y Video en la Escuela Nacional Superior de Artes Decorativas (ENSAD), París, como parte de la beca del Fondo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes (FONCA) de México, y una maestría en La Sorbonne – París 1 en Guión, Realización y Producción. Obtuvo el premio a Mejor Cortometraje de Video en el 2° Shorts México, Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes de México (FICMEX) por De causas y azares (2006). Su cortometraje Crónica de un instante (2009) fue seleccionado en el 7° Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia (FICM); en el 5° Festival de Cine Latinoamericano de São Paulo, Brasil; en el 22° Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes de Estambul, Turquía; y en el 32° Festival Internacional del Nuevo Cine Latinoamericano, La Habana, Cuba, entre otros. Su cortometraje documental Dans les couloirs (2015) fue parte de la Selección Oficial del 13° FICM. Actualmente se encuentra en producción de dos proyectos cinematográficos, uno de ellos el documental Aché!, para el cual obtuvo apoyo del programa Ibermedia Desarrollo y participó en la competencia del Premio Instituto Mexicano de Cinematografía (IMCINE) del 8° Festival Internacional de Cine Documental del Distrito Federal (DocsDF), México.
