Fue socio y productor de la productora de cine Mantarraya Producciones, de 1997 a 2000, y socio fundador de la Escuela de Cine & Productora Arte 7, Ciudad de México, de 2001 a 2012. Ha producido diversas obras participantes y ganadoras del Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia (FICM), entre ellas, Los niños de Morelia (2004), de Juan Pablo Villaseñor, ganadora del Premio del Público a Mejor Documental en el 2º FICM, y Los ladrones viejos. Las leyendas del artegio (2007), de Everardo González, seleccionada en el 5º FICM. En el 8º FICM participó con su cortometraje de ficción De día y de noche (2010), por la que obtuvo el premio a Mejor Guión en el 6º Festival Montevideo Fantástico, Uruguay, y una nominación por Mejor Efectos Visuales en la 53ª entrega de los premios Ariel, México. Past and present weave a flurry of images; fragmented memories of this land. Ancient deities are incarnated, while dreams overlap among intimacy, complicity and the tumult.
