Concursó, entre otros festivales, en el 8º Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia (FICM); en el 5º Short Shorts Film Festival México (SSFFM); y en el el 25º Festival Internacional de Cine en Guadalajara (FICG) con su cortometraje de ficción Marea alta (2010); por el que obtuvo el Premio del Director en el 51º Brno Sixteen (Brno 16 / B16), República Checa, y una Mención Honorífica en el Festival Binacional de Cine Independiente El Paso Texas & Juárez, Chihuahua, México - Estados Unidos.
