Director de contenidos en la productora de animación Llamarada, estudió Diseño y Comunicación Visual en la Escuela Nacional de Artes Plásticas (ENAP) de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). Obtuvo el Primer Lugar en el 2° Foro de Animación Contemporáneo Animasivo y una Mención Especial en el 4° Short Shorts Film Festival México (SSFFM) por El gran bang (2009). Su cortometraje A secas (2011), que obtuvo el Primer Lugar de Animación en el 1er Festival ECOFILM de México, recorrió diversos festivales en el mundo, entre ellos el 3er Festival Internacional de Cine de Bagdad, el 4° Animacam en España, el 13° Off Courts Festival en Normandía, Francia y el 9° Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia (FICM).
