Asistió como fotógrafo y director a la edición 2012 del Berlinale Talents, en el marco del 62º Festival Internacional de Cine de Berlín, Berlinale, Alemania. Su obra, como director, fotógrafo y editor, ha recorrido numerosos festivales alrededor del mundo. Por su cortometraje documental Río Lerma (2010), obtuvo el premio José Rovirosa a Mejor Documental Estudiantil, otorgado por la Filmoteca de la UNAM, y el Ariel a Mejor Cortometraje Documental en la 53ª entrega de los premios Ariel, México. Participó en el 10º Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia (FICM) con su cortometraje de ficción El baile de tres cochinillas (2012), por el que ganó el premio a Mejor Director en el 5º Festival Internacional de Cortos Proyección Corta, México. Su cortometraje documental El buzo (2015), proyecto de tesis con el cual concluyó sus estudios en el CUEC, obtuvo el Premio a Cortometraje Documental en el 13° FICM; además, fue parte de la programación del 66º Festival Internacional de Cine de Berlín (Berlinale). Su último trabajo, Ensueño en la Pradera , se estrenó en el 67th Berlin International Film Festival, donde obtuvo el premio Oso de Plata a mejor cortometraje. En 2017, su cortometraje documental, Ensueño en la Pradera, fue seleccionado para participar en la Sección de Cortometraje Mexicano en la categoría de documental. Other Movies Mexico will no longer exist! A frenetic view runs over a convulsed Mexico City, a colossal metropolis sustained by the myth of "mestizaje" and other colonial forms of violence. Past and present weave a flurry of images; fragmented memories of this land. Ancient deities are incarnated, while dreams overlap among intimacy, complicity and the tumult.
