Image Torres; Mariana Dianela Dirección, Guión, Producción Mariana Dianela Torres Valencia (Ciudad de México, 1991) es cineasta, docente e investigadora, centrada en la exploración artística desde una perspectiva social y filosófica. Es licenciada en Ciencias de la Comunicación, especializada en Producción audiovisual, por la Facultad de Ciencias Políticas y Sociales de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, con una Maestría en Cine Documental por la Escuela Nacional de Artes Cinematográficas (FAD-UNAM), donde desarrolló un proyecto de investigación teórico-práctico sobre la mutación del paisaje cinematográfico y las sinfonías en el cine de no ficción.Desde 2015 se dedica a la realización y producción de cine y video, con un enfoque en la experimentación audiovisual y en una dimensión formal-conceptual. Su trabajo ha sido reconocido, proyectado y seleccionado en festivales, muestras, exposiciones y concursos en México, Estados Unidos, Irán, Sudamérica, África, India y Europa; mencionado en múltiples ocasiones por la revista Sight & Sound en The Best Video Essays.
