The filmmaker's debut film participated at the 8th edition of Impulso Morelia and it is one of the eight Latin American projects that will participate in the competition. Lluvia (2023, dir. Rodrigo García Saiz) Impulso Morelia is a space destined to discussing and highlighting Mexican feature films in different stages of their production such as editing or post-production. These projects are presented exclusively to a panel of industry experts invited by the FICM in order to create a space for reflection on the chosen projects.Lluvia features six stories of different characters who walk through the streets of Mexico City, chased by an intermittent rain and consumed in a daily hopelessness. However, each of them faces an unexpected moment: a strange, enlightening or absurd event that reveals who they are. After these unexpected moments, they once again fall back into the everyday chaos. Lluvia (2023, dir. Rodrigo García Saiz) The 27th Málaga Film Festival will take place from March 1 to 10 with a program that will include almost 250 projects in all its sections (fiction feature films, documentaries, short films, TV shows, etc.) and a wide variety of contents and parallel activities for all audiences.
