Image Arceo Arévalo, César Adolfo He studied psychology at the Michoacán University of Saint Nicolás of Hidalgo (UMICH), Morelia. He is a sound recording artist with netlabel (Internet record label) PIRA.MD Records under the alias Mr. Vampire & his Magic Sound on Fire. He has presented his work at the Mexican Center for Music and Sound Arts (SMMAS), the Clavijero Cultural Center of Morelia, Espacio 120 of Barcelona and the Centro Arte Efímero Cataluña Central Konvent Puntzero, among others. He has done various projects of sound and electronic mixing, including recordings of the Montparnasse neighborhood of Paris and the city of Leipzig, Germany, as well as sound maps in indigenous communities like Sevina and Parácho, Michoacán. Currently, he collaborates with the Noise & Error ensemble alongside visual artists Kissel Bravo and Francisco Zúñiga. He has participated, with his cinematographic creation, in four editions of the Morelia International Film Festival (FICM). In the 1st FICM he presented his short fiction film Sol de media Luna (2003), and in the 6th and 7th he competed with his short fiction films Sobre las pinzas de presión (2008) and Una historia sencilla (2009), respectively. In the 8th FICM he presented his animated short film Hombre idea (2009).
