Pareto Onghena, Anaïs

(Barcelona, Spain, 1985) She graduated with a degree in directing from the Film and Audiovisual School of Catalonia (ESCAC) and received a master’s degree in visual anthropology from the University of Barcelona (UB). She participated in the 9th Morelia International Film Festival (FICM) with Botas de cocodrilo (2011). Her short film La banqueta (2013) won the Best Short Film award at the 11th FICM and Best Actor at the 8th Short Shorts Film Festival Mexico (SSFFM). Her short fiction film The Hernandez Cruz Family (2016) is part of the Official Selection of the 14th FICM.
