José Pescina, who plays the role of Manuel, explained that this character led him to explore a very sensitive side of his own masculinity. “It was very nice to discover that there are some aspects of the character in me.”

Paulina Gaitán added that both her character and that of her co-workers go through a lot of moods, which represents a challenge when the story is not filmed in a linear way. “We had to remember very well how the characters felt in parts of the story.”

Part of the audience confessed to the director and the cast that, rather than enjoying the film, they suffered it, because it is a drama that touches very sensitive fibers in couples’ relationships. “There is rarely a talk about threatened masculinity and this film talks about it head-on, in a very clear and non-evasive way,” emphasized one of the attendees.
