Image Rojas Cuauhtémoc, Rubén He studied Directing for Fiction at the International School of Film and Television (EICTV) of San Antonio de los Baños, in Cuba. Polski (2015), his fifth short film, part of the Official Selection of the 14th Morelia International Film Festival (FICM), has been presented in diverse festivals around the world including the Toulouse CineLatino Festival in France, where it won the Prix Révélation and Le Prix Signis; at the Latin American Film Festival in Brazil, where it received an Honorable Mention; at the Tel-Aviv International Student Film Festival (TLV), in Israel; and at the International Festival of New Latin American Cinema of Havana, in Cuba, among others. He is currently working as an editor in HBO Latino and he is developing the project for his first feature film.
