She studied Film Direction at the National Film and Television School (UK) and at the Centro Universitario de Estudios Cinematográficos UNAM (CUEC). Director and producer of Los reyes del pueblo que no existe (2015), winner of the Audience Award at SXSW and Best Mexican Documentary at the Morelia International Film Festival (FICM). It was included in the list of the Best Movies of 2015 of the magazine Sight & Sound. Deconstruction - Chonasbu (2018) was presented at the Tate in London.

¡Aoquic iez in Mexico! ¡Ya México no existirá más!

A frenetic view runs over a convulsed Mexico City, a colossal metropolis sustained by the myth of "mestizaje" and other colonial forms of violence. Past and present weave a flurry of images; fragmented memories of this land. Ancient deities are incarnated, while dreams overlap among intimacy, complicity and the tumult. This is an erratic film that invites us to reimagine the complex relationship we have with the constructed “mexicanidad.”
