She participated in the 11th Morelia International Film Festival (FICM) with her first feature film A los ojos (2013), co-directed with her brother Michel Franco. Her short fiction film Reconciliados (2014) was part of the Official Selection of the 12th FICM and was also presented at the Sábado Distrito Federal Section of the 8th edition of the Cinema Global Forum at the 30th Historic Center Festival in Mexico City.
