In the context of the 17th Morelia International Film Festival (FICM), this book that focuses on the study of moving images and film appreciation includes texts by Mark Offord, Emma Wilson, Marco Lupo, Michael Minden and Alexander F. Daughtery.

Claudio Méndez Fernández commented on the matter: “Horacio is a very restless person, who knew how to move a lot of people to form a book that documents and explains the cinema.” Arroyo added that the text addresses the need to create projects that contribute, “this is one of the most interesting books that I have read, it has a deep content that will be explored in cinema, in literature, and it rescues something that was lost.”
