La casa
2025 | Color | 60:00
For decades, Gabriel García Márquez envisioned a novel titled The House, inspired by the one he lived in with his grandparents in Aracataca. He published fragments, but only while living in another house, in Mexico City, did he complete One Hundred Years of Solitude. In this documentary, directed by Eva Villaseñor, Rodrigo and Gonzalo García Barcha return to their childhood home, where memory transforms time.
